Cold solo bivouac on the summit Pigne de la Lé (3396m) - what this shot doesn't show is how I climbed up there for a perfect weather forecast to try and get a sunset shot of the Obergabelhorn... except the clouds came in (as usual!) so didn't get the shot I was after... I had to content myself taking selfies...! (this one 5secs @ ISO 800, f4.5, D850). By morning everything was covered in frost about 1cm deep!
Valentine below the North Face of Tre Cime di Lavaredo at dusk, Dolomites. In the end the tent was just for shelter from the breeze while we had a brew then we headed down as you're not allowed to camp there unfortunately... Magnificent spot though!
