Incredible views from the summit of Petit Mont Blanc & lovely hike to a remote bivouac. The scale of this face is incredible - 2400m from the Miage glacier to summit.
It reminded me of the long route up the Tournette spur in the centre of this face that Valentine and I climbed a few years ago which resulted in some nasty black frostbitten toes.
